Do we have to pay extra amount for shipping at checkout ?
No, shipping is included in all orders.
Do you accept credit card/debit card/PayPal?
Yes, I accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal. All prices are in EUR but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.
Do you accept other currencies?
Yes, even though all prices are listed in EUR, all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship all over the world. All printed products will be automatically shipped to the address provided during payment, so please make sure you entered your address correctly and if you have any additional information for the carrier, remember to fill it in in the corresponding field at your checkout. Also, international shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. I do not take responsibility for customs fees.
When will my prints arrive?
Products are shipped with a tracking number and usully take 3-20 days from the time of purchase after fulfillment. Timing will vary depending on if it is a national or international order.
Do you accept returns in shipped products?
I only accept returns and offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. If the product arrives damaged during shipment or is mislabeled. Please, before returning any products, share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where I can see the issue and email it to me within a week’s time of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Be aware to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What to do if the order never arrived?
First check with your local post office to see if your order is there. You can also check in with your neighbors to ask if they might have seen your package. Then,check your shipping confirmation that you had entered the correct address.
If the shipping address was correct and the order still hasn’t arrived, contact me at email@example.com and I will find a resolution for you.
If the address was incorrect, then the package will be sent back to the return address and I will contact you for an updated address when the returned package is received. Please note that you’d be responsible for the reshipping costs, so let me know how you’d like to proceed. If we don’t receive the package, then you’ll have to submit a new order to replace the original at your cost.
If the carrier has marked it as delivered. I recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Please note that I don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.
